After working with illness and disease for so many years, her desire to work in the health and fitness industry grew to prevent illness through health and activity. She has recently completed all components of certificate 3 in fitness, and is currently completing the rest of the certificate 3/4 in fitness in order to become a personal trainer.
Anthea is also a fully qualified cheerleading coach, with a level 1 accreditation through Gymnastics Australia, and a Level 2 coaching accreditation through USA Spirit Federation. As well as coaching cheerleading she is part of a competition squad that competes in international events.

Shaun has a background in business management with a strong focus on sales, marketing and customer service. Spending the last 10 years focused on these areas, primarily in the building and construction industry, has given Shaun the platform to transition into the health and fitness market.

Shaun has an extensive background in the Rugby Union, Rugby League and Basketball communities of Central Queensland with experience as a player, coach and administrator. In more recent times Shaun has been focussed on Rugby Union competing in the Central Queensland Rugby Union Championships as well as spending some time playing in Alberta, Canada..
